Missing a row of letters. Got duplicate of another row. They do work decent though. As long as your fondant not to sticky. Tap on the back and they fall/pop right out. Worked goodI really wanted to love his product, but the depth of the mold is too shallow to get a good cut. It's always too flimsy, and thin, so once it's pressed and you try to separate it from the rolled fondant, it just stretches and tears. Mold definitely needs to be deeper. I waited to use them and now I'm past my return window, so I'm just SOL. I also hate that they didn't break apart.Se tardó en llegarLOVE THIS FONT!! I do have to say that in order to use this, roll your fondant thin, maybe using the smallest sized measure ring, cut the letters you need, and freeze for 5-10 mins. Then, push them out with a toothpick by pushing the edges out.These plastic cutters didn't cut the fondant very well. They may work on other items but we didn't have much luck with them. We will try and use them on some cookies or something else and see how they do. for the low price, I'm sure we can use them somewhere in the kitchen.difficult to use even after watching many many youtube video. Difficulty having letters keep their shape and not breaking.Not easy to press out letters with them being on strips. I was missing lettersWould not work well when cutting fondant. Almost have to dry fondant out a while before cutting. The fondant stuck so badly and just kept getting horribly distorted letters. Also... they are all connected, horrible design. I returned them..
